Yes. Mail forwarding is available on all 4 plans, anywhere in the United States, for a set fee plus postage. There are 2 options. One-time forwarding is $5 per request, so you only pay when you ask us to send something on. Weekly forwarding is a flat $14.95 per month, and we forward your mail to you once a week. Postage is added to both. Some clients collect in person most of the time and use one-time forwarding when they travel. Others choose weekly forwarding and never need to come in. No. Plenty of our clients never come in. You can sign up online, manage your membership online, and have your mail forwarded to wherever you are. A visit is worth making if you want to see the building and meet Talia, our community manager, but nothing about the service depends on it. The one step that does need attention is USPS verification, which is required before mail service begins. Our team will help you complete it and it is straightforward.

Yes. Most of our virtual office clients are based in Ventura County, in places like Ventura, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks and Port Hueneme, and we can serve businesses anywhere in the United States. Our office is in Oxnard and that is the address you use, but you do not have to live or work nearby to hold it. Remote founders, out of state companies opening in California, and local owners who want their home address off public records all use the same plans.

Yes. Private office access comes with Plan 3, which includes 16 hours a month, and Plan 4, which includes 4 hours a month. Every name receiving mail at our address has to be listed on your account and on your USPS verification, because that is what allows us to accept mail in that name.
